Caring for someone who wanders?

The Alzheimer's Association Safe Return Program helps identify, locate, and return individuals who are memory impaired due to Alzheimer's Disease or a related disorder.

The Safe Return program provides:

• An identity Bracelet or necklace, clothing labels, and wallet cards to identify the memory-impaired individual.

• Registration in a national database.

• A 24-hour toll free 800 number to contact when an individual is lost or found.

• Support from the Alzheimer's Association when a person is missing.

Thanks to the generosity of people who attended our auction this year, I continue to be able to offer scholarships for families in need.
