CARE CONSULTATION PROGRAM

Are you overwhelmed by the challenges of caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder? Do you have trouble using services or knowing what resources are available to help you in your role as caregiver?

Are you or your family facing any of these issues?

  • Caregiver stress or burn out
  • Lack of support and/or information
  • Family problems
  • Financial or legal concerns
  • Difficulty making decisions

Our care consultation program provides a chance for in-office meeting (s) with a qualified counselor for personalized assistance in:

  • Taking a closer look at your situation
  • Prioritizing immediate and long-term needs
  • Learning about community services and how best to use them

Care consultation does not provide psychotherapy, medical assessments or emergency services.
